We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if you are not, perhaps due to the size, colour, or model, you can exchange or request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order, you have 30 days to submit a claim.

You may return any “unopened” products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Send the item back in its original packaging and condition, and we will refund your purchase price for the item. Delivery charges will not be refunded and must be covered by the customer. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with pictures of the incorrect item received so we can arrange and coordinate either a replacement of your choice or a refund. This Limited Warranty applies to any item bought from RDX Sports.
The Limited Warranty covers any defect in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will replace, without return, at no charge, products or parts of products that prove defective because of improper material and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty period for products bought from RDX Sports is 90 days from the delivery of the order. A replacement or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material and workmanship.
